The staff of the Department of Information and Public Relations (GIS) displayed #Lotsofsocks in support of the differently-abled community in observance of World Down Syndrome Day. The day is observed annually on March 21. Down syndrome is a genetic condition where a person is born with an extra copy of chromosome 21.
