The public is notified of the debut of the Department of Culture’s programme, “This Is Culture”. In the first episode host Mrs. Luce Hodge Smith welcomes guest Jacque Grysole, President of Expansion Strategies Incorporated, located in Montreal, Canada.

The programme is social media based and was produced with the purpose of bringing awareness of the Territory’s cultural events to the local community along with the rest of the world.
