Premier, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley and some members of his delegation visited the University of Southampton (UoS) and the National Oceanography Centre. In addition to signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with UoS, the delegation met with one Virgin Islands’ student at the institution, Jenena Lloyd and various university officials as well as visited the coral reef laboratory and research aquarium.
