Today the Elmore Stoutt High School’s Cultural Programme commenced Culture Week 2015 celebrations. The programme featured quadrille and fungi music, presentations to culture bearers, and tributes to Virgin Islands musicians.  Entries for the BVI tourism song competition were also revealed.
