The Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture has received eight unique pieces of artwork from the Virgin Islands Communal Association (VICA) during the opening ceremony of Culture and Tourism Month on November 1. The art pieces were commissioned through local artist Jehiah Maduro who is pictured with Deputy Premier and Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D.
