Project Manager, Mr. Dion Stoutt has stated that the Cruise Pier Project is moving towards completion.

Mr. Stoutt said, “The project is on the move. There are a number of activities on-going and there are more activities slated to start in the coming week or two. We are on track to having this project completed by the end of the year.”

The Terminal Building is complete and occupied with local entrepreneurs.  The boardwalk adjacent the tender dock is also complete; building six, which houses the facility’s restrooms, is already in use; and building two, which will serve as a retail facility, is nearing completion.

The main focus of the project is now being placed on completing the adjacent landside development to be named the Tortola Pier Park.
