Employers are notified that the following information should be included when submitting their assessment of their business in light of the COVID-19 pandemic:
- The company’s name.
- The status of the business.
- The names of their employees.
- The positions of their employees.
- Indication of whether they are full-time or part-time.
- Any payment packages being offered.
- The location of the employees.
- Any comments that they deem to be useful.
