Staff within the Civil Registry and Passport Office have completed an intensive Customer Service Training, held on Friday June 28, 2024.

Through the training, staff were equipped with essential skills and knowledge, focused on key areas in customer service, including effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, maintaining customer-centric attitudes, time management, efficiency and professionalism.

Registrar General, Mrs. Tashi O’Flaherty-Maduro, said “As we seek to continuously advance the customer service experience within the Civil Registry and Passport Office, this training provided an excellent avenue to strengthen the skills, knowledge and abilities of team members. Our commitment to building capacity within the department along with the general transformation of services remains unwavering.”
