Registrar-General Mrs. Stephanie Benn and the staff of the Civil Registry and Passport Office are pictured presenting a number of educational games to Director of the Autism Centre Ms. Lorna Dawson as part of their 10th Anniversary Celebrations.

The games will provide a fun outlet to teach cognitive functions like reasoning, working memory, auditory processing, visual processing, speed and logic to persons with Autism and other disabilities.

Ms. Dawson gladly accepted the presentation which will be used by the Autism Centre, the BVI Services and for early intervention.  The games presented were Set, Blink, Color Code, Screwball Scramble, Perfection and Connect 4.  The Autism Centre presently serves 24 children and six adults with Autism and other disabilities and is a charity of the Civil Registry and Passport Office.  (Photo Credit: GIS/Mr. Ronnielle Frazer)
