Effective 31^st October, the Department of Labour and Workforce Development will cease accepting physical applications for the renewal of work permits.  Therefore, from 1^st November, all work permit renewals must be submitted for processing on the Labour Management System (LMS). 

All employers are encouraged to contact the Labour Department for training to gain access to the system.  The numbers to call are: 468-6559 on Virgin Gorda; and 468-2006 for employers on Tortola, Anegada and Jost Van Dyke.
