The public is invited to participate in the Caribbean Wellness Day Workforce run/walk set for Friday, September 9. Persons are encouraged to bring a co-worker, friend or family member. The group with the most participants will win $500 for their charity. Registration starts at 3:30 p.m. and walk begins at 4:00 p.m. Start and finish at the Band Stand.  The first 200 people will get free water bottles!  Move your body and get ready for life!
