Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE is pictured with colleague Heads of Government following an opening ceremony of the 62nd Meeting of the OECS Authority in Roseau, Dominica. As one of the speakers during the ceremony, Premier Smith highlighted the importance and benefits of partnerships and focused collaborations between OECS member states. The 62nd Meeting of the OECS Authority ends today Thursday, November 19.  Among topics for discussion were regional health policies including the Financial Sustainability of the Pharmaceutical Procurement System; the Programme for Integration of Martinique into the OECS; and the update on Application by French Caribbean Overseas Regions to join the OECS.
