Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie is featured on November 26 as he presented a plaque on behalf of the Government and people of the Virgin Islands to the captain of the Marella Explorer 2  in commemoration of the ship’s inaugural call to the Virgin Islands.
