The Territory has welcomed yet another inaugural cruise ship call. Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie along with Junior Minister for Trade and Economic Development Honourable  Shereen D. Flax-Charles are pictured welcoming Captain Niklas Persson and the crew of the Norwegian ENCORE to the BVI on November 28. Premier Fahie also presented the captain with a plaque on behalf of the Government and people of the Virgin Islands in commemoration of the ship’s inaugural call to the Territory.
