The Director of International Tax Authority Ms. La Toya James is informing members of financial institutions and other stakeholders that the BVI Financial Accounts Reporting System is not functional at this time. 

Persons are asked not to use the portal at this time as the team is currently working diligently to rectify the technical challenges that have risen with the portal.  

According to Ms. James, “We have been advised that the matter will be rectified within an estimated two weeks. We will keep all stakeholders updated of the progress and status of the site. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this interruption may cause.”
