Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs, Fisheries and Agriculture, Dr. the Honourable Natalio Wheatley is pictured as he presented a cheque of 10, 000.00 US dollars to the President of the BVI Athletic Association Mr. Steve Augustine on May 7. The presentation was the fulfillment of a promise to provide financial assistance to the further development of sports and athletes.
