Business owners, employers and managers are reminded to submit the requested employment statistics in its entirety to the Department of Labour.

This information is needed to properly assess your workforce needs.

Consequently, any employer that has not submitted the requested information will not be considered eligible to receive services from the department such as renewals, change of employer, new work permits, etc.

Employment statistics information needed is as follows:

  1. The status of businesses, whether they are operational or non-operational.

  2. Staff changes, such as employees whohave been released or will be released and those that have been retained, along with their respective positions and immigration status.

  3. Any changes to the job descriptions of all employees.

  4. Any additional information that may be useful in theassessment.

Information can be submitted to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour via e-mail at sdennis@gov.vg or visit the ministry located on the second floor, east wing of the Central Administration Complex.
