The Department of Waste Management is accepting bids for the design, construction and installation of a security booth for the entrance to the Incinerator Plant at Pockwood Pond.

The Security Booth should be approximately 30 square feet in size and be equipped with adequate ventilation and lighting.

Interested companies are ask to submit their bids in a sealed envelope with the name of the company and reference “Bids for provision of Security Booth Incinerator Plant” with the following documents enclosed.

• Detail description and listing of all materials and labour required for the work.
• Design drawings and method statement.
• Quotation for work.
• Certificate of good standing from Inland Revenue Department, Social Security Board and National Health Insurance.
•  Valid Trade Licence 2023.
• Proof of ownership of equipment or access to it [pictures, insurance, registration]
• A brief outline of the company’s experience.
• Two referral letters.

All documents must be included for consideration and bids will be evaluated based on price, equipment, experience and reliability. The deadline for submission of quotation is November 15, 2023 at 12:00 noon.

All quotations must be hand delivered to the Department of Waste Management Office: Second Floor, of the Property Union Building adjacent to Happy Lion Restaurant.
