Residents are invited to participate in the 24^th Annual Celebration and 19^th Wreath Laying Ceremony to pay homage to the Territory’s first Chief Minister, the late Honourable H. Lavity Stoutt.

The event will be held on March 4 at the Cappoon’s Bay cementery at 9:00 a.m.  The event is being hosted by the Government of the Virgin Islands in collaboration with the H. Lavity Stoutt Commemorative Committee and will be observed under the theme “Back to basics”.

All are welcomed to attend and are encouraged to wear their cultural attire.
