Business Owners seeking Curfew passes for employees should submit a list for essential workers to the Health Emergency Operations Centre via email at ministryofhealth@gov.vg.

Electronic passes will be issued by the Deputy Governor’s Office and lists will be shared with the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force once requests have been validated. 

Passes are valid only whilst persons are performing or travelling to or from essential duties. 

Persons must carry photo ID with the Curfew pass.  It is an offence to be out during the curfew hours unless authorised as this could lead to prosecution.
