His Excellency the Governor Augustus Jaspert in consultation with Premier, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE and the Director of the Department of Disaster Management has activated the National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC).

The NEOC has been activated in response to the threat posed by Hurricane Irma.

As the hurricane approaches, check your disaster supplies kit and obtain any necessary items, refill prescriptions, make sure your surroundings are clear of potential flying debris, protect your windows and glass doors, fill your car with gas, secure your boat and keep cash on hand.
