Acting Governor Mr. David Archer, Jr. presented the Rotary Club Sunrise of Road Town with gifts to help spread the joy of the Christmas season to less fortunate children throughout the Territory. The Acting Governor previously presented another set of gifts to the Lions Club of Tortola.
