The Projects Unit of the Ministry of Finance, who is the Executing Agency, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualied Bidders for the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Works for The North Sound Administration Building. GOVI now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Project. 

The Works consist of the rehabilitation and reconstruction works of the building concrete frame and reinforced blocks walls with the replacement of damaged timber roof sections and some metal roof sheets. The works on the building also include rehabilitation and /or partial replacement of carpentry, floor, walls and ceiling finishes and fixtures, rehabilitation of plumbing fixtures and fittings, electrical systems (lighting and fire alarm, etc.) and mechanical works.
