Step 1:  Customer submits completed form and required documents (permission to bury, death and/or cremation certificates).

Step 2:  Customer pays fee (burial in public burial grounds only) and a receipt is issued.

Step 3:  Customer returns to the office within two days to collect the permission letter and copies for required third parties (Funeral Home, Burial Ground Manager and Minister/Pastor/Leader of Religious Organization performing burial).
