The public is being notified that the Territory will observe the Sovereign’s Birthday on Friday, June 12 in accordance with Section 5 (b) of the Public Holidays Act (Cap 199), as amended.
The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 58 Imposition of a Curfew (No.19) Order, 2020 is now available for public information on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.

Food businesses, particularly restaurants that have been approved for in-house dining, must remain vigilant in implementing and enforcing the necessary social distancing measures.
Businesses and establishments are advised that gatherings are allowed up to a maximum of 50 persons on the condition of one person per 64 square feet of the venue as certified by the Social Distancing Task Force.
