The Department of Human Resources will be providing assistance to officers who are not yet registered with the National Health Insurance Program to ensure that all public officers are registered by December 31.

The Water and Sewerage Department is informing customers in the Road Town area from the Festival Grounds site to Craft Alive that their water service has been interrupted. The interruption is due to a broken line that occurred last evening in the area of Scotia Bank that is being repaired today.
The Department of Culture is informing the Virgin Islands’ community to tune in to the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College’s (HLSCC) Channel 52 every day for this week at 8:00 p.m. for the rebroadcasting of the “Stories about the Hearts of Virgin Islanders: Involved in Survival” documentary.

Owners of food establishments on Jost Van Dyke are informed that effective January 2016, food licenses will be available for collection at the District Office in Great Harbour.

The Environmental Health Division is notifying the public that there will be no food handlers’ clinics on Thursday, December 24, and Thursday, December 31. New food handlers who wish to obtain their food handlers card on Thursday, December 31, will be issued cards at a special session to be held on Thursday, January 7, at 1:00 p.m.
Residents of Virgin Gorda are notified that Minister for Education and Culture, Honourable Myron V. Walwyn will hold office hours on the sister island on Tuesday, December 15, at the Vanterpool Administration Building from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
