The Government of the Virgin Islands, in collaboration with Aglow International Virgin Islands Chapter, is inviting the public to the Territorial Interdenominational Service of Thanksgiving and Intercession to pray for the people and leaders of the Territory.

The public is informed that the Positive Action Drive bypass road adjacent the Noel Lloyd Positive Action Movement Park will be closed on Sunday, January 8 for sewerage upgrades in the area.

Parents and guardians of students attending the Elmore Stoutt High School (ESHS) are invited to the term’s first general Parents Teachers Association (PTA) meeting on Thursday, January 12, at 5:00 p.m. at the Sir Rupert Briercliffe Hall (Cultural Centre).  

The public is reminded that effective January 1, 2017, the Town and Country Planning Department will be collecting development application fees in accordance with the fee schedule described in the Land Development Control Guidelines (1972).

The public is invited to the ‘Grand Christmas Event’ this Friday, December 23 at the Noel Lloyd Positive Action Movement Park from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The public is advised that the Department of Trade, Investment, Promotion and Consumer Affairs will remain open to the public today Wednesday 21during the normal working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The public is invited to the ‘Grand Christmas Event’ this Friday, December 23 at the Noel Lloyd Positive Action Movement Park from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The public is informed that in observance of the upcoming holidays, Government offices will be closed at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23 and again on Friday, December 30.

The public is advised that the office of the Department of Trade and Investment, Promotion and Consumer Affairs office will close on Wednesday, December 21, at 2:00 p.m. 

Premier of the Virgin Islands, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE is inviting the public to the fourth annual Premier’s Christmas Around the World Celebration tomorrow Saturday, December 17. This year’s event will be observed under the theme: “Many Cultures, ‘One BVI’ Celebration” and will be held at the Central Administration Complex at 4:00 p.m.
