The Department of Waste Management will be hosting a community meeting on Thursday March 14 from 10:00 a.m. until noon at the Flax Administration Building on Virgin Gorda.

The Department of Labour and Workforce Development is reminding employers who apply for work permits, of the annual submission requirement of an authorised signatory list. 

The Department of Immigration will host office hours on Anegada on Friday, March 22, 2024 for the facilitation of extensions of visitors Landing Permits, extensions to Entry Permits for work permit holders and general queries for services provided by the department. 

The public is advised of the Water and Sewerage Department disconnection schedule for March as follows:  

Residents and businesses in Horsepath and surrounding areas are notified that the public water service will be restored at 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 7.

The Department of Waste Management is advising the Jost Van Dyke Community of an upcoming meeting with the business and residential community on Wednesday March 06 from 11:00 a.m. until noon at the Methodist Church Annex.

The public is notified of the Public Works Department’s road maintenance schedule for the period from Tuesday, March 5 to Thursday, March 7.  

The public is advised that road improvement works from Hodges Creek to Paraquita Bay is scheduled to begin from Friday, March 1 at 7:00 a.m.

The public is advised that Hannahs Road in Sea Cows Bay will be closed on Thursday, February 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to facilitate the repair works to the water main. 

Residents and businesses in Sea Cow’s Bay are notified that the public water service will be temporarily interrupted from Wednesday, February 28, to Friday, March 1 as a result of a break on the water main along Hannahs Road.
