The public is advised of the Ministry of Education and Culture’s graduation exercises for the Territory’s public schools

Grade 3 students of the Robinson O'Neal Primary School are featured as they visited Premier and Minister of Finance, Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE today Monday, July 16.

The administration of the Elmore Stoutt High School invites the public to its 2018 Recognition Day, Valedictory Service and Graduation Exercise. The schedule is as follows:

• Recognition Day- Students will receive tangible awards for their hard work.  All students must be dressed in full, formal uniform. 

This event will be held on Tuesday, July 17 at 1:00 p.m. at the Elmore Stoutt

High School Grounds, located at the old Clarence Thomas Building.

Residents of Virgin Gorda are notified that Minister for Education and Culture, Honourable Myron V. Walwyn will hold office hours at the Vanterpool Administration Building on Tuesday, July 17 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Residents are asked to telephone the Ministry of Education and Culture at 468-2151 to schedule an appointment.

The public is informed that traffic will be interrupted on the road adjacent the Flemming House (Flow) Building, (Fishlock Road and Flemming Street) between the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. weekdays and 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekends.

Parents and guardians of students in Grades 7 and 8 at the Elmore Stoutt High School are notified that there is a mandatory collection of the VIDE Digital Notebooks on Thursday July 12 and Friday July 13.

The VIDES are to be handed in to the IT Team at the EHS CTL Campus between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board is hosting a series of industry meetings to update stakeholders on its work internationally on behalf of the Territory.

The public is notified that there will be a temporary change to Peebles Hospital visiting hours on Saturday July 14 to facilitate a staff activity. 

The Office of the Complaints Commission is located in the J.R. O’Neal Building on Main Street and is ready to serve the public.

Residents of Virgin Gorda are notified that the Civil Registry and Passport Office location in the Vanterpool Administration Building is in full operation.
