The public is notified that the portion of road in the vicinity of Bay View Villas to Little Dix Bay on Virgin Gorda will be closed from Saturday, December 21 from 6:30 p.m. to Sunday, December 22 at 7:30 p.m.

The public is notified that the portion of road in the vicinity of Long Look in the area of Nottingham Circle, Narrow Road and Long Look Road will be closed on Monday, December 23 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The public is reminded to thoroughly prepare foods this holiday season.

The public is advised to purchase all foods from safe sources this holiday season. Inspect foods for safe temperature, colour, odour, texture and packaging.  Also, arrange for foods to be delivered at times when they can be inspected.

The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries wishes to advise its customers of the hours of operation for the Abattoir during this holiday season.

Residents of the Virgin Islands are encouraged to dispose of their bulky waste using the large bins in the following designated areas throughout the Territory from December 20 to 23.
