The Government of the Virgin Islands is seeking the services of a qualified and suitable construction contractor to undertake the repairs to the East End/Long Look Community Centre on Tortola.
The public is advised that a portion of Main Street road in the vicinity of the Anglican Church and Fleming Street will be closed on Saturday, October 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Social Development Department is notifying the community that the registration process for public assistance through the Transition Grant Programme is now closed.
The Department of Waste Management is advising the Virgin Gorda community that effective immediately the daily hours of operation for the dumpsite will be between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The public will not have access to the site outside of operation hours.

The public is notified that a portion of Sophie Bay road just before Brandywine Bay will be closed today, Wednesday, October 5 from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Residents and businesses along Blackburn Highway from Baugher’s Bay to Paraquita Bay are notified that the public water service will be temporarily interrupted on Wednesday, October 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
