The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting the British Virgin Islands community to a public auction on derelict boats, dinghies and engines that will be sold as is.

All persons are being asked to register with Her Majesty’s Customs to obtain a trader identification number, or to gain CAPS access as Customs stations in the Territory will no longer be accepting manual or paper trader declarations from Tuesday, November 1.

Her Majesty’s Customs is advising the public that effective October 17, all annual commercial vessel licences and temporary vessel importation licences must only be processed at the Road Town Customs station located at Waterfront Drive.
