The public is advised that in-person visits to and from Her Majesty’s Prison (Balsum Ghut) are restricted, mandatorily effective 6th July, 2021 for a period of 14 days in the first instance.

As we live and work with COVID-19, the operations of the Public Service will continue. In order to better serve our clients safely, The Water and Sewerage Department (WSD) at Baughers Bay, Tortola, will temporarily adjust our services that can be provided to our customers.

In an attempt to better serve our clients safely, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution is advising that all case conferences and in-person meetings or inquiries will transition to remote engagement. Service of documents will be done electronically, and service to the ODPP must be sent to DPP@gov.vg until further notice.
