Community residents have credited the drainage project financed under the iLAND Resilience Climate Change Project with saving the lower section of Cane Garden Bay Road during the recent flood of August 7.
Members of the Recovery Task Force met with representatives from insurance companies and agents operating in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) to discuss insurance coverage related to the flood event of August 7-8, 2017.

The public is asked to note that the Territory-wide fogging campaign which started on Beef Island continues from the Queen Elizabeth Bridge through Pasea Estate and is expected to be completed by Monday, August 28.
