Through the Computer Help Desk, government users can receive technical assistance and support for challenges, or difficulties encountered when making use of provided systems. Issues can range from Hardware, Software, or Network connectivity.


Step 1:  Make contact requesting assistance for a computer related issue through the Computer Help Desk. 

Step 2:  Clearly state the issue, identifying symptoms and actions taken prior to the occurrence of the issue.

Step 3:  If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, a Job Log number will be assigned and given to you from the attending officer. Therefore ensure that you get this number before concluding the call.

Step 4:  If your issue remains unresolved 24 hours after submitting the Job Log, you can make a follow up call to the Help Desk and give the assigned Job Log Number to get a status update. or If the request is for a replacement or new equipment, you can check on the status for yourself by signing up and logging in to the WonderDesk Help Desk system.
