Reporting Faults


Step 1: An officer contacts the Department to report a fault

Step 2: The fault is logged in the Job Log System (Wonder Desk)

Step 3: The Log is assigned to a Technician

Step 4: The Technician contacts the department or goes to the office to resolve the issue

Step 5: Once completed, the job is closed in the Job Log System.
