Manage and maintain Government's Telecommunication system (Desk Phones, Fax)


Step 1: The requesting department sends in a memo for a Desk Phone

Step 2: The request is reviewed by Management

Step 3: The requesting department is notified of the availability of phones

Step 4: If phones are not available, the request is added to the waiting list

Step 5: If phones are available, a log is created for a technician to install the Desk Phone

Step 6: The phone is taken to the requesting department to be installed

Step 7: The technician completes the job
