This service allows a customer to make a complaint via a systematic approach.


Step 1:  The customer makes an appointment or walk in to meet with a Dispute Officer.

Step 2:  Based on the information provided, the Dispute Officer evaluates each case to determine how to proceed.

Step 3:  The customer submits a Dispute Claim Form and supporting documents (if available), to the Labour Department.

Step 4:  The Dispute Unit launches an investigation, and the customer awaits a response.
