The Government of the Virgin Islands is collaborating with the BVI Tourist Board and North Drop Open to host a fishing tournament ‘catch and release’ event for blue marlin out of Virgin Gorda.
Deputy Governor, Mr. David Archer, Jr. is acting in the Office of Governor until August 10, in the absence of His Excellency, the Governor Mr. Daniel Pruce, who is out of the Territory.

The Department of Waste Management is currently carrying out a beautification project across the Territory that has employed 225 youngsters between the ages of 11 and 17.
