The Judicial & Legal Services Commission has appointed Mr. Gerard Farara QC to act as High Court Judge for the Commercial Division of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court from November 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016.
Community Emergency Response Team Training for teenagers (Teen CERT) is now part of the afterschool programme administered through Cedar International School and facilitated by the Department of Disaster Management (DDM), BVI Red Cross and Virgin Islands Fire and Rescue Service.

It was a cultural journey from past Virgin Islands traditions to the present as the British Virgin Islands and United States Virgin Islands celebrated the 42nd anniversary of BVI-USVI Friendship Day on Saturday, October 24, under the theme “The Greater Virgin Islands: The Identity and Ingenuity of Our People.”
