The Government of the Virgin Islands is inviting tenders for the Procurement of Works for Lot 1 - Procurement and Installation of the Sewerage Network between Chapel Hill and Fat Hog’s Bay.
Procurement Coordinator, Mrs. Ishma Rhymer said the terms of reference for the works include the Procurement and Installation of HDPE sewer lines, manholes and accessories.
Eligible bidders will be required to submit copies of the relevant notarised documentations no earlier than one month prior to the date of submission.
Firms registered outside the British Virgin Islands shall be required to submit equivalent documents relevant to the firm’s place of registration.
Mrs. Rhymer said the complete set of bidding documents will be made available electronically upon request to email@example.com with the subject title “Request for Bid Documents for the Procurement of works for Lot 1 - Procurement and Installation of the Sewerage Network between Chapel Hill and Fat Hog’s Bay” commencing Monday, February 3, 2020.
Interested tenderers should submit one (1) original and three (3) copies, plus one (1) soft copy (flash drive) of the bidder’s document. The original should be placed in a sealed envelope and marked “Original” and the additional copies placed in another sealed envelope marked “Copies”. Both envelopes should then be placed in an outer envelope and marked “Tender for Procurement of Works for Lot 1 - Procurement and Installation of the Sewerage Network between Chapel Hill and Fat Hog’s Bay” and addressed to:

Tender documents must be delivered no later than 10:00 a.m. on March 17 after which bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. All tenderers are invited to attend.
