The Government of Virgin Islands invites submissions of bids for the supply and delivery of vehicles.
Bids must include the Schedule of Goods, Bid Specification and Statement of Compliance, and the Form of Bid. Failure to comply with any of the instructions concerning completion and submission of these documents may render the bid non-compliant and the bid may be excluded.
Tenderers are asked to give a profile of the company as part of their quotation. Tenders should possess a valid Trade Licence or a Certificate of Corporation to conduct business in the supply of similar goods. For bidders registered to operate a business in the BVI, valid Certificates of Good Standing are required from the Social Security Board and Inland Revenue Department.
Tenders are advised that their prices should include taxes and fees payable by the supplier
Tender documents are available upon request from the Ministry of Finance, Procurement Unit, Qwomar Trading Building #2, 2nd Floor, Tortola, BVI.
Interested Tenderer should submit one original and two copies of the Tender and should then be placed together in one main envelope. The envelopes shall be addressed to The Chairman, Central Tenders Board, Procurement Unit, Ministry of Finance, Qwomar Trading Building #2, 2nd floor, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands.
All tenders marked Tender for Supply of Government Vehicles must be deposited in the “Tender Box” at the Ministry of Finance, Procurement Unit, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 6. Late Tenders are not permitted.
Tenders will be publicly opened at the Ministry of Finance, Procurement Unit, on Thursday, December 6, at 11:00 a.m. Tenderers are invited to attend..
