Food handlers are reminded that hair restraint must be worn at all times when handling food.

The Environmental Health Division is reminding managers and management of food establishments that they are responsible for ensuring continual monitoring and training of personnel following increased complaints that some food handlers are not wearing hair restraint while working in kitchens.
