Courts Meeting Remotely During Territory’s Lockdown

The Criminal Court has heard two matters over three sittings while the Magistrate’s Court has dealt with one matter despite the 14-day, 24-hour lockdown.

Undoubtedly, this is being done in the best interest of the health and safety of all public officers and wider Virgin Islands community.
