User Authorization Access to Systems

One measure of system security is the creation of User Accounts, authorizing employees to access information technology resources. A further step is to define what each user can or cannot do with that access. When an employee joins, or leaves, the government service, Head of Departments are encouraged to actively participate in this very important process, by clearly outlining the access that each employee should have based on that person's role in the organization.

Laptop/Projector Loaner Programme

A Government employee who desires use of a laptop or projector for short term use, or while on travel duty, can make an application through the Laptop/Projector Loaner Program.

User Request for Technical Assistance

Through the Computer Help Desk, government users can receive technical assistance and support for challenges, or difficulties encountered when making use of provided systems. Issues can range from Hardware, Software, or Network connectivity.
