The Government of the Virgin Islands (GOVI or the “Purchaser”) invites tenders for the Construction of Ghut Retaining Walls at the Elmore Stoutt High School, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands SCOPE OF WORKS The proposed works comprise of providing all plant, labour, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with the following: 1. Construction of retaining walls of approximately 164 linear with walls varying in height from 15 feet to 20 feet. 2. Excavation, compaction and backlling works of retaining walls 3. Facilitating works for all utilities as necessary at the Elmore Stoutt High School, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands in accordance with the drawings and specications
