The Government of the Virgin Islands (GOVI or the “Purchaser”) invites tenders for the excavation and site clearance, Construction of Retaining Walls and Road Pavement at Long Trench, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. SCOPE OF WORKS The proposed works comprise of providing all plant, labour, equipment and materials and performing all operations in connection with the following: 1. Construction of retaining walls of approximately 133 linear with walls varying in height from 10 feet to 20 feet. 2. Construction of approximately 709 square feet of road pavement 3. Excavation, compaction and backlling works to retaining walls 4. Facilitating works for all utilities as necessary at Long Trench, Tortola, British Virgin Islands in accordance with the drawings and specications.
