Mister Speaker, since taking office, I have made it an absolute priority to improve the road infrastructure across the Virgin Islands, starting with the most vulnerable sites. 

Mister Speaker, I stand to update the progress of works for the Ralph T. O’Neal Administration Complex on behalf of the Honourable Minister for Transportation, Works and Utilities, Honourable Kye Rymer.

Minister Speaker, I will now speak on the West End Ferry Terminal project.

Mister Speaker, I am pleased to deliver the following report to this Honourable House with regard to the Territory’s tourism industry and the work that is being done by the BVI Tourist Board which is an agency under the Premier’s Office.

Good Day Mister Speaker, I stand before this Honourable House today to share what I think would be some good news relating to our COVID-19 situation here in the Virgin Islands. 

Over the last month the BVI has seen some very rough and challenging waters with the impact of a literal COVID-19 wave and surge in this Territory.  We have lost loved ones, we have grieved and continue to grieve the loss of our friends, our co-workers, our family, those dear to our hearts. 

Thank you Mister Speaker, for this opportunity to make this statement to this Honourable House. As Premier and Leader of Government Business, I wish to express gratitude on behalf of the Government and on my own behalf, as well as that of all Virgin Islanders and residents, to all persons who have contributed in some way to our battle against COVID-19.

Thank you Mister Speaker, for allowing me this opportunity to make this statement to this Honourable House. I wish to provide an update to this Honourable House on the measures being implemented by your Government for the Monitoring and Evaluation of the various COVID-19 Economic Stimulus Grants.
