World Water Day is an important global event highlighting water's crucial role and the need to protect this valuable resource. This year's theme, "Groundwater: Making the Invisible Visible," brings attention to an often overlooked aspect of our water supply.

His Excellency, the Acting Governor Mr. David D. Archer Jr., chaired the meeting held on 13th March, 2023, in the absence of Governor Daniel Pruce, who was overseas on private business. 

On Friday 15 March, 2023 it was brought to my attention that a propaganda and inaccurate sensational social media Facebook release of a Mika Barry video labeled me (David Archer) through a likeness photo of myself and exact words, as “Confirmed Government Official 1”.

As you all know, the International Arbitration Centre is an important cog in the wheel of our business and financial services sector and while I cannot be at all the sessions this week, I believe the content of the programme reinforces our growing reputation in the area.
