Encouraging business, departments, organizations and schools to a pledge towards environmental sustainability.
Process
Step 1: Businesses/departments/organizations/schools decide on a green initiative and submit a registration form indicating their pledge.
Step 2: Upon approval of pledge, candidates will be given an Official Seal of the Green Pledge for display at their place of business/office.
Step 3: Track your progress! Keep a log and other records of changes that were made toward environmental sustainability.
Step 4: Submit records as evidence of change.
Step 5: Upon approval of records, successful candidates will be awarded with a gold star as well as official recognition of their efforts.
Step 6: Follow-up with the Conservation and Fisheries Department for requirements for obtaining additional stars.
